    We’re looking for someone who can:

    • Master the primary drivers of advertising performance, including (but not limited to) creative quality, media strategy, programming, and competitive activity
    • Manage a demanding workload of client research projects and ad hoc requests to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of surveys and data
    • Interpret advertising effectiveness metrics to create and clearly articulate action-oriented insights and recommendations, then presenting results to key client stakeholders
    • Review projects from direct report(s) to ensure accuracy and providing mentorship for professional development
    • Support PMI sales teams with proposal development as needed
    • Achieve proficiency with our advertising research product suite and applications; promoting shared learning opportunities as relevant

    It’ll be helpful if you have/can:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 5 years of prior market research experience, particularly within advertising and media
    • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytic, writing, and presentation skills, comfortable working with large data sets
    • Experience communicating with and presenting to clients
    • When in-person meetings resume (TBD) this individual will be expected to travel and present at client offices. Ample notice will be provided prior to any travel
    • Ability to conduct and lead story-driven analysis
    • Experience in client-facing roles and a comfort level with presenting to groups
