    Why this job is important

    We are looking for a Rewards Program Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in helping to develop and manage change management for critical Total Rewards projects. In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our annual processes and any changes to our current suite of Rewards. You will be able to leverage your skills to continue to attract, retain and engage an extraordinary level of employees. This position requires strong project management and change management skills, a deep understanding of compensation and benefits, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Provide expertise, consultancy and guidance across People Team and commercial leaders
    • Provide sustainable reward awareness and some expertise within CHRS teams, focusing on principles, governance and helping managers have more impactful conversations around reward
    • Participate in knowledge collection in Reward Programs team around local practice, legal landscape, consultation requirements and cultural nuances of the various markets
    • Led and project manage global annual processes such as performance management, salary planning and year-end bonus and incentive pay-out calculations
    • Participate and guide on-going data audit of reward practices at local level (in particular, incentives, benefits and allowances) by partnering with regional and local leaders and building trust, empathy and excitement around the future reward philosophy
    • Partner with HCM Systems team on continued improvement and utilization of Workday Advanced Compensation Module
    • Conduct benchmarking exercises where needed specifically where Kantar pay ranges are not available
    • Design and evolve pay range approach in line with employee segmentation
    • As a member for the Reward Programs team support all activities related to M&A

    The skill & experience needed

    • 5+ of experience in rewards work and running global programs
    • BA in business, psychology, mathematics, or relevant field
    • Highly organised and able to multitask
    • Strong administration skills including thoroughness and attention to detail
    • Project management experience
    • Shown ability to collaborate and partner optimally as part of a team
    • Effective communicator
    • Previous experience with Workday or other global HCM systems

    The salary range for this role in New York is $102,100-170,100. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
