    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    As a Sales Coordinator (Health) you will be working with exceptional individuals who are dedicated to their work in market research.

    The Sales Coordinator (Health) is a market research professional responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and pricing market research projects, while building relationships with our clients. This role would suit a motivated professional who enjoys fostering relationships with clients, works collaboratively in a team setting, excels at multitasking and prioritizing, is comfortable with mathematic fundamentals and Excel, while embracing independent responsibility over their work.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Accurately predict feasibility, cost, and timing of projects by analyzing audience requirements.
    • Produce visually appealing client-facing proposals and discuss potential outcomes with clients.
    • Consult with clients regarding recommended project approach to include the use and application of online panel data to support client's objectives.
    • Proactively partner with the Account Lead, Operations team, Panel Management and Finance to drive solutions that support the account strategy, financial goals, and resolution of challenges as they arise.
    • Support existing account relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable and mutually beneficial, with a goal of securing repeat business and achievement of targeted revenues.
    • Develop an understanding of the company's product portfolio with an ability to offer and advise on new and expanded products/services.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
    • High proficiency using MS Office (including Excel) and web-based tools
    • Resourceful problem solving, organized and analytical, with a detail-oriented mindset
    • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Reacts to change productively and displays a solutions-driven approach
    • Strong teamwork ethic with an ability to complete tasks independently and proactively
    • Basic understanding of medical specialties and/or healthcare. Experience working in healthcare Market Research, preferred.
