    Sales Development Representative, Growth & Strategy

    We are currently seeking a Sales Development Rep (SDR), who will act as the first contact for many Ad Intel prospects with the objective of assisting our field sales team in selling products and services in high velocity, sales cycle transactions. Successful SDRs will possess a demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships and sell products in a fast-paced environment. Must be highly competitive with the ability to collaborate in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills.

    The SDR will partner with the commercial organization in driving the early stages of the sales cycle and help with new client acquisition. The SDR will also work closely with the marketing and demand generation teams to follow-up on marketing campaigns and events.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    You will...

    • Generate qualified outbound leads/opportunities within target industry accounts, using BANT criteria: Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and assist with territory planning for the assigned client segments, including prospect research within focused industry verticals or personas.

    • Develop a persona-driven value proposition for each prospect interaction, with collaboration of the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities.

    • Prospect with best-in-class sales enablement tools such as 6Sense, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, Winmo and ZoomInfo.

    • Provide outbound support for marketing campaigns and events.

    • Keep ongoing and precise activity records within the CRM, SalesForce.com.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals while maintaining a high meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate.

    • Develop, present and implement plans to your manager for acquiring new business and traction in your assigned area - including activity breakdowns, performance milestones and resource requirements.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Has successfully executed prospecting/new business campaigns

    • Has experience in DaaS/SaaS and/or within the advertising/marketing/media ecosystem

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence others

    • Creativity to think outside the box and leadership to execute effectively

    • Minimum 3 years of sales, sales development representative, demand generation or marketing experience

    • Self-motivated and driven with strong interpersonal skills

    • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at once

    • Bachelor’s degree
