    We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Manager to join our sales team in North America to lead sales operations to help us increase productivity and efficiency of our new business sales strategy.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO!

    • The Sales Operations Manager will provide the sales operations frameworks and leadership that will deliver our sales and growth targets.
    • Optimizing our sales technology.
    • Using sales metrics, collaboratively lead our approach to the sales funnel and pipeline management, campaign delivery, and key account growth.
    • Support the team, enabling them to achieve their objectives individually and collectively.
    • Champion and implement changes that will improve how we operate our sales and deliver for clients.
    • Create transparency and insight using effective metrics and MI which informs and guides the sales team and business leadership.
    • Lead operational sales planning to champion innovative ways that will scale the success of the North America Commercial teams.
    • Provide valuable insights into the team, driving strategic reporting & initiatives.
    • Represent Sales Operations in planning meetings.
    • Work with a broad range of internal teams to deliver on sales initiatives focused on sales excellence around reporting and forecasting.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Experience operating in a similar B2B Sales Operations role, preferably within a SaaS enterprise software company or from the Market Research industry.
    • Must have strong understanding of CRM system(s), having been responsible for the configuration and administration of a CRM system, and experience with sales reporting tools.
    • Dynamic problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
    • Ability to establish sales operations frameworks and deliver sales monitoring
    • Excellent data and analysis skills.
    • Proficient and effective communicator.

    The salary range for this role is $98,900 - $125,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
