    Position Overview:

    We are seeking Sales Operations Professionals to join our team to help accelerate our commercial growth. As a team member, you will provide crucial support to MarketCast’s sales and finance organizations by assisting in revenue pipeline management, financial reporting, and optimization of the overall commercial process.

    The role will report to the Corporate SVP, Commercial and will provide support for specific lines of business across multiples verticals including but not limited to Financial Services, Telecom, Entertainment, CPG, Technology Platforms, Automotive, and Sports.

    Skills we’re looking for:

    • Pipeline Management: Partner with sales leaders and assist in managing the sales funnel for one or more business units.
      • Oversee Customer Relationship Management Tool: Work with Commercial leaders to ensure MarketCast’s CRM tool is up to date and reflects an accurate outlook on projected deal flow.
      • Assist Commercial leaders in managing booked sales vs. sales targets to identify revenue gaps within the business plan.
      • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Assist with sales forecasting to predict future demand.
    • Commercial Operations: Provide assistance in administering the sales process starting with the ‘sales pitch’ through client invoicing to ensure a seamless deal flow.
      • Proposal Support: Liaise with client finance and commercial teams on pitch collateral, project pricing, proposals/service orders and invoices.
      • Onboarding Workflow: Assist in managing the post-sale process including but not limited to document creation, internal contract signoffs, and service order/purchase order collection.
      • Revenue Project Input: Create project shells and ensure accuracy of data and projections throughout the lifetime of the project.
      • Project Scope Management: Work with cross-functional team leads to analyze individual project performance and help assess on-going profitability.
    • Data Analytics: Conduct data mining, manipulation/cleaning, and analysis, to inform leadership of sales wins, losses and overall projections for the different business unites.
      • Status Reporting: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and the sales process.
      • Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports for sales leaders, summarizing performance metrics and progress toward goals.
      • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Assist with sales forecasting to predict future product and resource demand.

    It’ll be helpful if you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Expert level knowledge of Excel.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce etc).
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work in a highly strategic and evolving environment.
    • Detail-oriented and organized.

    Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
