Specialist Solutions Area Overview
As a member of the Creative Solutions Delivery Team you are curious about creative communications and advertising, love to solve problems by uncovering insights, and are comfortable working with a mix of research tools and solutions in a fast paced environment.

Accountable for timely and high-quality solutions delivery
Experience and/or open interest in retail, restaurant and travel industries as possible

Role Description
Responsible for work products including questionnaires and reporting on medium-low complexity accounts with manager support, as needed, while supporting higher complexity projects
Participates in client design and questionnaire discussions with some supervision
Supports development of questionnaire, Sample Design and Analytic Plan
Manages timelines and quality of work products, working with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following solution and industry best practices
Support the preparation of reports and presentations
Identify and solve project issues as they arise
Perform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
Role requirements
1+ years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies
Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)
Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teams
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving
Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and ability to take initiative
Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines

The salary range for this role in Illinois is $59,500 – $99,100. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
