    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    Profiles is looking for a Market Research Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end execution of online research projects amongst healthcare professionals and patients while cultivating strong relationships with clients and cross-functional internal resources. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, handling sample management and data collection processes efficiently and effectively, and liaising with clients to deliver results that meet the highest quality standards.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Emphasis on managing a focused range of more complex strategic projects amongst healthcare professionals and patients, including Research on Research, requiring increased interaction with client service and other departments, including the following:
    • Manages all end-to-end project level details including:
    • Coordinates and manages all internal data collection activities to client timelines and budget, including questionnaire review, programming, data collection, and tabulation
    • Ensures project design meets client needs by providing consultation to clients concerning online research best practices
    • Proactively contacts clients by phone and email to finalize project specifications and to provide consultative updates throughout the project life cycle
    • Maintains and manages individual project budgets in conjunction with Account Lead
    • Ensures that projects are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standard, as represented in the Company's Quality Manual and supporting procedures including industry guidelines (e.g., BHBIA and EphMRA) and other regulatory- and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting
    • Key involvement with new product roll-out, conducting trainings, internal process improvement, coaching to Project Managers, client consultation and value-add services.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum three years' experience in professional project management with a market research supplier
    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
    • Excellent communication skills - specifically how to distil issues, manage client expectations, act as a trusted advisor and communicate in a timely manner under pressure
    • Reacts to change productively and displays a solutions driven approach
    • Adept at using technological resources including MS Office including Excel, and an aptitude for using web-based survey tools
    • Experience working directly with survey programmers and data processing staff to manage final deliverables
