Senior Project Manager, Offline Fieldwork

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the fieldwork of our most complex research studies in accordance with established Kantar North America protocols, additionally assuming various senior level departmental responsibilities as outlined below:
Project Management
Participate in internal project setup meetings , acting as the fieldwork manager
Review/prepare and disseminate all project materials to fieldwork supplier
Interface with 3rd party fieldwork suppliers
Conduct fieldwork supplier project briefings
Track and report fieldwork progress, providing performance insight to account team
Ensure high quality, on time, on budget delivery of fieldwork
Serve as liaison between fieldwork supplier and account team on all project issues
Use expertise to drive performance
Other duties as required
Consulting
Use market research expertise to consult with account teams regarding best practices for project design and execution
Leverage knowledge to improve the department
Participate in evolution of team SOPs as business evolves
Estimating
Use fieldwork expertise to consult on (telephone/mail/face to face) studies, liaise with fieldwork provider, negotiate fieldwork costs and create clear, accurate fieldwork estimates
Partner with manager on large / complex estimates
Participate in various corporate initiatives related to estimating
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
University/college education or equivalent market research industry experience
Offline fieldwork experience preferred
Fundamental understanding of the basic principles of market research
Analytically minded with strong attention to detail
Superior written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Superior organizational skills
Proven negotiating and consensus building abilities
Highly collaborative with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to others
Ability to independently m anage fieldwork of complex projects

The salary range for this role in Ohio is $72,600-121,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
