    Job Description

    Kantar’s Retail Practice is looking for full-time Interns for Summer 2024.Interns will get hands-on experience working within our Retail, Sales & Shopper Practice Areas, supporting, and contributing to strategic projects for a range of clients. Our clients span the Fortune 500 with broad industry application. This role is slated for Norwalk, CT.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Work within multi-skilled teams across a range of projects and practice areas, including analytics, product and content development
    • Actively participate in desk research and assist in insight generation
    • Assist with preparing materials for client workshops (virtual until further notice)

    Qualifications:

    • Experience working with and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research
    • Experience presenting research results in compelling ways is a plus, although not mandatory
    • Effective and efficient time management skills, especially important in the remote-work setting
    • A can-do attitude with an ability to think both strategically and creatively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate with others
    • Extensive experience with all Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint and Excel, especially)
    • Strong internet research & insight identification abilities

They have a strong academic background, a willingness to take on responsibility, and a keen interest in marketing, general business, and current affairs. Ideal candidates will be inquisitive, curious, hardworking, and comfortable with some degree of ambiguity.
