    We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver enhancements to our panel management app and platform. In this role, you'll clarify requirements, author functional/technical specifications, identify risks and dependencies, plan sprints, clear blockers and communicate progress to project stakeholders.

    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL

    • Collaborate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Product Management and Engineering to define, design and deliver world-class solutions on time and to spec

    • Translate product roadmaps and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts suitable for delivery by local and remote Engineering teams

    • Understand the vision, design, business logic, and technical architecture of the platform and serve as the primary product expert.

    • Build, track and communicate the program schedule to management and stakeholders.

    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics while identifying areas of opportunity and growth.

    • Support, test and troubleshoot partner integrations

    • Lead/participate in stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and other team meetings with your agile team(s)

    • Drive effective collaboration, communication, and commitment across distributed cross-functional teams

    CAPABILITIES

    • 5+ years experience leading cross-functional local and remote agile development teams

    • Familiarity with Service Oriented and Serverless Architectures

    • Advanced problem-solving, communication and time management skills

    • BS in Computer Science or equivalent

    • Experience driving feature development from conception to launch, managing execution and delivering high quality products.

    • Ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.

    • Ability to be an influential member of an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
