    KANTAR CONSULTING'S XTEL TRADE OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE IS A POWERFUL, END-TO-END SOLUTION SUPPORTING THE TRADE PROMOTION LIFECYCLE, FROM PLANNING THROUGH RETAIL EXECUTION, SALES INTELLIGENCE, AND DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT FOR THE GLOBAL CONSUMER GOODS INDUSTRY.

    AT KANTAR'S TRADE OPTIMIZATION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR .NET CONSULTANT TO JOIN OUR GLOBAL SERVICES TEAM.

    This role is a blend of technical and tactical responsibilities to align client requirements with our capabilities, configure and integrate our software solution through SDLC, and help drive customer success within our CPG/FMCG clients.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define, configure, and deploy our XTEL SaaS

    • Understand requirements and best practices to provide technical solution delivery, documentation, and support

    • Help drive customer adoption and success through training, change management, and incident resolution

    • Evolve best practices and contribute towards product enhancement

    CAPABILITIES

    • Expertise in defining customer requirements, effort assessments, and technical implementations

    • Experience translating technical and product concepts to non-technical audiences

    • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, Silverlight, HTML5 / JavaScript, SQL

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field experience

    • 3+ years background in CPG preferred; experience supporting a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software solution; TPM tool implementation experience is a significant asset

    • Minimal domestic travel depending on client need; occasional international travel for training
