Act as the liaison between clients and the data, digital print, and production departments in order to ensure projects are delivered by the deadline and at the optimal quality.
Understand customer goals, budget, and expectations in relation to LOG-ON’s resources and capabilities.
Write up work orders to communicate project instructions to other departments while ensuring all specific details from the client are noted clearly and concisely.
Act quickly to update the team on project revisions or to resolve any potential challenges.
Build long-term client relationships by listening to their needs, demonstrating an understanding of our services, and recommending appropriate solutions in a prompt and clear manner.
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong skills in organization, time management, and client service
Strong attention to detail
Experience in retail or previous client-facing roles is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
