We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team!

LOG-ON works with a variety of clients, from major cosmetic brands to local nonprofits. Your interpersonal skills, time management, and organization will help guide each your clients’ projects from pricing to completion in a fast paced environment. Your attention to detail will anticipate their needs and will foresee any issues before they arise.

As part of our growing team, you will work in collaboration with other departments such as data, digital print, and production to manage our clients’ projects and reach our goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for both client correspondence and internal execution of all projects. -Oversee all fulfillment processes for clients, working cross-functionally with print, assembly and mail divisions. -Assist in the development of client orders by understanding customer goals, budget, and expectations in relation to LOG-ON’s resources and capabilities. -Build long-term client relationships by listening to client needs, demonstrating an understanding of our services, and recommending appropriate solutions in a prompt and clear manner. -Efficiently process work to ensure that deadlines and customer expectations of exceptional service is met.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, and client service
