    Job Description

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has relatable internship experience such in paid media or marketing or previous work at an agency, vendor, or brand. This candidate should understand the importance of eCommerce & have a drive to learn the retail media landscape. Experience with top tier retail media capabilities (Amazon Advertising, Roundel, etc.).

    The Associate must be both strategic and organized, be engaged, and passionate about delivering outstanding media results and work. The ideal candidate will learn a range of topics from everyday campaign management to recommendations and reporting. They will gain visibility into some of the strongest ad platforms while working to understand their offerings and relevance to our brands. This position will receive on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications. This candidate will report to a senior member of the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Learn and understand the programmatic and digital industry as it relates to retail media
    • Follow basic campaign management processes defined by the account leads
    • Support team with all client deliverables, including campaign set up, launch notifications, ad creative screenshots, reporting and optimizations
    • Understand and implement responsibilities to traffic in the ad serving process. Will be the account point person for agency ad operations by coordinating assets for upcoming campaign launches
    • Collaborate with agency team counterparts, including overarching retail media team, ad ops team, and analytics team
    • Manage pace reporting across campaigns and provide optimization suggestions to ensure full delivery
    • Become proficient in pulling data from programmatic buying platforms for reporting and provide reporting insights
    • Troubleshoot campaign set up, tag management, brand safety set up, performance and pace fluctuations
    • Become an expert in the programmatic retail media ecosystem, plus understanding the taxonomy of programmatic + retail media landscape and its components
    • Co-manage media vendor delivery reporting, budget management and complete campaign reconciliations on a monthly basis

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 0-2 years industry or professional experience
    • Interest in Digital & Programmatic Media, E-commerce
    • Strong understanding of arithmetic and basic numerical analysis
    • Have a collaborative mindset and desire to build trust with your team

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $72,420. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
