    Job Description

    The Associate position represents the start of a media career. You will report to the Sr. Associate and Managers on the team.

    You will help with the tactical digital planning and activation process, and provide mid-level strategic recommendations to the senior media team. It requires you to work well in a team-based environment.

    You are not expected to have advanced media training, but a successful Associate shows initiative and wants to participate in advanced projects. You will undergo intensive training to learn new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and insights to benefit our clients.

    This role is remote-friendly, but will need to work EST hours. If you are located near an office then you are welcome to go in.

    • Learn and understand the digital media industry
    • Understand the basic campaign management process defined by the account leads including organization structure, following proper naming conventions, etc.
    • Support Sr. Associate/Manager with all client deliverables including campaign set up, launch notifications, ad creative screenshots, reporting, and updates
    • Understand and implement responsibilities to traffic in the ad serving process. Be an account point person for agency ad operations by coordinating assets for upcoming campaign launches
    • Communicate with agency team counterparts (planning/activation/ad ops/analytics)
    • Manage pace reporting across campaigns and provide optimization suggestions to ensure full delivery
    • Become proficient in pulling digital data for reporting and writing reporting insights
    • Support Request For Proposal deployment with media vendors, the collection of responses, and active vendor management and communications
    • Become an expert in the digital display ecosystem understanding the taxonomy of digital media landscape and its components
    • Co-manage media vendor delivery reporting and implement campaign reconciliations on a monthly basis

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree

    • 0-2 years industry experience
    • 1+ years of experience in analytics, math and Microsoft Office products
    • Interest in and familiarity with digital and programmatic media

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $72,450. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
