• Communicate organizational updates and information to sales team and office
• Partner with experienced managers to develop your sales team
• Establish clear goals and objectives for team members Implement high standards for recruiting, training, and management processes
• Contribute to company training calls and conferences
• Review KPIs to identify trends that will positively or negatively impact your office and sales team
• Conduct interviews with potential new hires
• Provide engaging office training
• Work one-on-one with new sales representatives in the field to ensure their success

• Bachelor's Degree
• Business, Marketing, or Management major preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills
