    At The New England Team, we are a marketing and consulting firm and looking to add several Business Assistants to our marketing and sales team. We are looking to grow internally through organic growth and development and are looking for the right candidate to help us with our long-term goals.

    On a daily basis, our Business Assistants are responsible for helping the Marketing and Sales Managers to acquire and retain existing business and develop new marketing and sales strategies for new clients. Other responsibilities include:

    • Office administration
    • Recruiting

    • Public Speaking
    • Coaching newer associates
    • SEO, Social Media
    • Appointment setting

    The New England Team doesn’t have requirements for the position since we believe that each person should be based on their personal worth versus what is on a piece of paper. But, things we do look for in our ideal candidates are:

    • 2 or 4 year degree in business, admin, office, marketing, hospitality, sports, management
    • Other degrees of current associates are: Communications, media, social marketing, analytics, economics, History, English, Languages, American Studies, Gender studies, Journalism, Culinary Arts, etc…
    • 1-5 years of customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or server/kitchen experience
    • Previous internship in marketing, business, social media, sales, customer relations, politics
    • Prior leadership role
