Adverator is currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in NYC. The ideal candidate has outstanding analytical and technical skills, business acumen and the ability to clearly synthesize and communicate information across multiple teams.

In this position, you’ll also offer a strong data-driven perspective and have the opportunity to provide meaningful insights that are directly reflected in product and business decisions. Additionally, this person will be startup-savvy and has experience working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage of organic SEO performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions
• Mine product data and deliver analytics to gain an insight around user behaviors and product usage
• Identify new market opportunities
• Perform extensive market research
• Other job duties may be assigned

• Strong writing and communications skills are required
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines
• Good understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) concepts and principles
• Strong SQL, Excel and quantitative skills as well as experience with big data and/or complex data sets
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAS/SQL programming; minimum 2 years
• Familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies
• Knowledge of MS Office -Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
