Edit layouts, photo/video content, and motion graphics
Help with briefs from account leads and inform wider internal team of creative/production/strategic needs
Help to translate briefs into clear tasks and timelines
Help with trafficking and fulfillment of all briefs from the creative/strategic team
Help with trafficking and fulfillment of produced campaign pieces (from development through to client delivery)
Inform and update internal and client stakeholders on project status
Participate in daily status calls
Attend all briefings and presentations
Develop and refine internal processes to optimize efficiency and reduce errors
Help with the weekly creative review session and update the slideshow—recap feedback from previous sessions, capture all CD feedback, and create recap document for the team
Help create process tools i.e. WIP doc, project timelines, a process overview document for current team reference and onboard new employees
Interface with all team members and participants on a daily and weekly basis
Strong familiarity with the Web, Applications, and other digital and interactive tools both from a business and aesthetic/technologic perspective
Understanding/comprehension (ability and willingness to learn) the correct balance of Business and Delivery as well as Creative and Technology support within the role
Eager to learn new processes and able to listen to senior team members
Must be proficient with Slack, KeyNote, and Project management tools like Asana, Trello
