Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Event Intern to join our Integrated Marketing team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!

As an Event Intern you will be a key member of the Marketing team supporting various client touch points by assisting with the planning of conferences, internal events, proprietary thought leadership events, and post-event analysis. This position will help build strategic customer loyalty through successfully planning and executing events targeted at increasing visibility, retaining customers and attracting new prospects.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

• Support the management of our events calendar

• Support Manager of Events with event planning and production, providing on-site support for events installations and welcome/guest check-in

• Scope events and support the creation of event timelines/project plans

• Coordinate event timelines with vendors and stakeholders

• Provide live support for NYC or Chicago-based events such as Advertising Week NY or proprietary VIP dinners

• Provide direct assistance during load-in, set-up, and take-down of events

• Support with gathering event feedback and play a role in all post-mortem sessions after events

• Work with the rest of the Marketing Team on post-event communications for all event participants

• Create and own a venue catalog

• Create and own swag catalog

• Work with our in-house Communications team and our design team to promote IAS events

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU HAVE MOST OF THIS EXPERIENCE:

• Previous event or hospitality experience

• Attention to detail

• Ability to problem solve and think outside the box

• Ability to stand long hours

• Ability to lift 15 pounds
