    We're Nurture, a New York Times, Adweek and Ad Age featured creative agency based in El Segundo, CA (Los Angeles) that produces branded content for clients like PUMA, Sony, AIG Insurance, Avery Labels, Baldwin Hardware, Kwikset, and Pfister Faucets. We take campaigns from start to finish, offering strategy, creative, production, post, PR and media planning.

    Nurture is offering internship positions for those interested in marketing, advertising, PR, and production. Our internship program offers opportunities for you to build the skills you need to prosper in a fast-paced and competitive environment. We pride ourselves on providing a hands-on, educational experience for those who join us for our internship program; we’ll ensure you work in the areas that interest you the most.

    If you’re an overachiever who's eager to gain knowledge of advertising, this is a great chance for you to navigate the production industry and network with filmmakers and marketers. The perfect candidate is a team player, eager to succeed and ready for important responsibilities. You'll be involved with every aspect of production: pitch, concept development, pre-production, casting, scouting, on-set production, post production.

    And then there are the perks. We're close to a beautiful beach, we let you sleep in on your birthday, we provide $20 for lunch every day, and we even have Friday beer o'clock! Come play!

    This internship begins in late summer/early fall and we will be reviewing submissions immediately.

    Please note, this position is non-paid. We provide school credit and write stellar letters of recommendation.

    A typical day may include:

    • Location scouting
    • Support with casting
    • PA work on-set
    • Assisting Business Development / Marketing team with client relations & research
    • Brainstorming concepts & storyboarding
    • Attending client / agency meetings
    • Assisting with day-to-day operations

    • Passionate about film / commercial / video production
    • Available either 3 days a week for 3 months or 5 days a week for 2 months
    • Self-motivated, highly organized and punctual
    • Ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a polished and professional demeanor
