    We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled, and organized Account Executive to join our Marketing & Outreach team. The Account Executive will provide support to senior team members in the areas of project management, communications outreach (content development, media relations, partner engagement, digital and social media and more), and developing and implementing public health and social marketing campaigns. FMG offers an intellectually rich environment, driven by exceeding our clients' goals.     Responsibilities include:

    Support the coordination and tracking of project timelines and deliverables.

    Provide administrative project management support, e.g., note-taking, schedule coordination, monthly status reports, etc.

    Support the preparation of client-facing materials and documentation, e.g., email correspondence, project briefs, memos, reports, etc.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic communication and campaign plans and support project leadership to accomplish plan objectives, such as:

    • Provide support with media relations activities, e.g., building media lists, writing pitches, engaging reporters, tracking coverage, etc.
    • Provide digital marketing support, e.g., developing content calendars, writing social media messages, and drafting analytics reports, etc.
    • Provide partnership engagement support, e.g., researching potential partners, providing logistics support for partner activities, developing toolkits, etc.

    Support business development activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience 3+ years in project management support and marketing strategy/strategic planning at an agency/consulting firm, in-house agency, or client side.
    • Experience supporting various facets of communications and marketing plans including strategy development, media relations, social media marketing, and project management.
    • Excellent organization, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills – dynamic virtually & in-person.
    • Strong project management support skills.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Strong listening skills.
