    FMG is seeking a TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY RESEARCH ASSOCIATE to assist PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME with ongoing survey research efforts. The Associate will work with confidential survey data by sorting, prepping, and scanning completed surveys.

    This individual would work in our WORTHINGTON, OHIO OFFICE – 250 W. Old Wilson Bridge Rd., Ste. 340 Worthington, OH 43085 – less than 10 miles from The Ohio State University campus.

    YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE.  We require a minimum of 12 hours per week (part-time).  You can work up to 40 hours per week (full-time).  Our offices are open Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm.  You choose the day(s) and shift(s) you work. 

    HOURLY PAY RATE: Starting hourly rate: $20 per hour

    • +$1.50 per hour if you have data entry experience (6 months or more)
    • +$2 per hour if you have customer service experience (1 year or more)
    • +$2 per hour if you can speak Spanish conversationally

    The ideal candidate will be dependable and have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and solid computer skills.

    IN-OFFICE REQUIREMENT: 

    • FMG requires all in-office employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to start employment, unless that person has requested and FMG has granted a medical or religious exemption during the onboarding process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Collaborating and communicating effectively with other team members and direct supervisor.
    • Meeting set productivity and quality benchmarks.
    • Tracking correspondence and surveys returned and completed surveys for processing across projects.
    • Preparing paper surveys to ensure accurate and efficient scanning.
    • Scanning and processing paper survey responses.
    • Cleaning and coding open-ended survey responses according to a set codebook.
    • Serving as backup for multi-mode survey helpdesk coverage gaps, including emails and live calls.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computing skills including search and filter functions.
    • Ability to work across projects and tasks efficiently and escalate questions or support needs as identified.
    • Ability to effectively coordinate task progress and completion with team members.
    • Ability to follow established procedures consistently and apply critical thinking.
    • High level of integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to conversationally speak in Spanish preferred.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.
