    • Grand Rapids, MI 49503 Internship The two-time Calder Cup champion Grand Rapids Griffins, primary affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings, announce an opening for a Public Relations Intern for Home Games . The internship starts in late Sept. 2018 and lasts until the conclusion of the 2018-19 season (April-June 2019, depending on playoffs). This internship is intended to help prepare the individual for employment with a professional sports team. Previous members of the Griffins public relations department have continued on to work for the Baltimore Ravens (NFL), Berlin Thunder (NFL Europe), Carolina Cobras (AFL), Cleveland Browns (NFL), Denver Broncos (NFL), Denver Outlaws (MLL), Detroit Lions (NFL), Detroit Red Wings (NHL), Detroit Vipers (IHL), Florida Panthers (NHL), Grand Rapids Rampage (AFL), Grand Valley State University, Indianapolis Indians (IL), Lake Erie Monsters (AHL), New York Jets (NFL), New York Rangers (NHL), Oakland Raiders (NFL), San Antonio Rampage (AHL), University of Florida (SEC), USA Cycling, USA Hockey and Vegas Golden Knights (NHL).
