The Paid Search Coordinator successfully manages Paid Search/SEM campaigns for clients. In this role, you will become the go-to-expert, successfully lead the day-to-day management of complex and sophisticated search campaigns; act as the central hub of collaboration and problem solve across various departments/resources while delivering against aggressive client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day paid search campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc..
- Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans and risk/benefit analysis; as well as analyzing results and developing actionable insights
- Perform recurring and ad hoc data analysis to identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Responsible for campaign set-up and optimization process
- Analyze historical data and identify patterns, translate data-findings into insights
- Oversee multiple accounts providing oversight, coordination and escalation
- Work comfortably in dynamic, time intensive environments where consistent and competing priorities are commonplace
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to solving challenges, sometimes under tight deadlines
Required Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 1+ years’ experience in Marketing or Media Buying. Advanced proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
- Solid experience with AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, Bing Ads
- AdWords and Bing Certified
- Experienced in MS Office with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comprehensive data analysis and problem solving skills; able to draw conclusions and, with guidance, able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality.
- The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization.
