Responsibilities Responsibilities include assisting the department manager in various activities that align with the departments key performance indicators (KPIs). The intern will complete assigned project(s) and present successes in an end of summer presentation. * Must be highly motivated, expresses a positive, can-do attitude when dealing with fellow team members * Participates in team activities that account for the success of the overall department performance * Deliver expected results on assigned projects with guidance from department manager * Complete an end of summer presentation outlining successes * Meet weekly with department manager and company mentor * Attend bi-weekly lunch and learn sessions * Help to create tools that support team initiatives and goals Ex) standard of work , skills matrix, Standard Operating Procedures. * Meet with team members to understand responsibilities and requirements of positions. * Entering customer orders while ensuring proper pricing is in the system for the specific order * Fill out and submit Return to Manufacturer Authorization and send to Sales Finance Team * Responsible for distributing customer specific pricing based on customers who receive price sheets * Responsible for sending order confirmations to 3pl freezer locations to ensure orders can be picked and delivered * Log external customer complaints and submit to FSQA * Assist in selling opportunity inventory to customers Qualifications * Current enrollment in a 2- or 4-year college working toward an associate or bachelor degree, entering their junior or senior year * Agricultural Business, Organizational Development, Finance or similar major preferred * Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs * Good verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
