Boutique in size, boundless in experience, we have grown a global portfolio of clients ranging from iconic independent properties, to major hospitality groups, while developing enviable connections and maintaining rewarding relationships across print, broadcast, and digital media, as well as within the industries we service. Interns will work closely with our tight-knit Digital Team and have a hands-on experience in social media strategy, design and the digital side of public relations. Interns will have the chance to work one-on-one with teams on accounts from small boutique hotels up to large hotel collections and assist on projects such as planning influencer trips, creating content for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, managing blogs, and researching and monitoring industry trends. Responsibilities include: Account Duties * Work with Intern Supervisor on assigned long term projects throughout the semester * Assist team with ongoing content creation for clients * Draft pitches * Research travel and lifestyle influencers for potential client activations * Maintain influencer lists * Attend team internal meetings

• Identify new hospitality and digital trends * Assist in new business research * Assist with end of month reporting Office Duties * Digital webinars and training sessions * Attend HIPR office meetings * Participate in philanthropy/social committee events * Create blog posts for HIPR social channels
