Public Relations Intern / Executive Assistant ICE MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT - Richmond, VA Internship CEO of our Advertising and Branding Agency is seeking a multi-faceted and multi-talented self starter to assist with keeping the functions of the business organized and automated. As well as, focusing on increasing visibility of the public image of the company and of our CEO. Intern should have a flexible schedule, professional appearance, have travel knowledge and able to mingle and conduct themselves in a professional manner. This is a remote unpaid internship in exchange for work experience and resume credit. The internship is for 6 months with a 10/Hour a week commitment. Responsibilities and Duties * Managing projects and conducting research * Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations * Making travel arrangements

• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments * Monitor all forms of media * Maintain Social Media Accounts * Update WordPress Website * Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, appearances, photo shoots, and other special events * Write press releases and other materials * Maintain and write articles for blog * Create interview preparation materials * Screen phone calls * Assist with online radio and podcast Qualifications and Skills Applicants applying for this internship must have strong communication skills and should be majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or Journalism or have graduated. Applicants should also have strong writing skills, as well as, a solid understanding of social media. Only interns proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications should apply. Should also have working knowledge of Adobe products. Applicant must also have knowledge of A, B and C celebrity and public figures, as well as, the entertainment, sports and fashion industries. Fluent in more than one language is a plus. Other skills that will be considered: graphics, photography, videography.
