Love boba? Want to make it THE drink on campus? Become a JOYBA® Ambassador!

Your main tasks are to: (1) Distribute JOYBA® full-sized product samples through fun events - tabling events in populated areas on your campus and product drops within various student organizations ; (2) Create and share engaging social media content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts. The best content may get promoted, giving you wider visibility and a chance to build your social media following.

Timeline: This part-time role runs through the Spring 2025 semester/quarter.

Initially launched regionally, JOYBA® is now expanding nationwide! We're excited to partner with you to share JOYBA® Bubble Tea on social media and on campus. We're looking for Ambassadors who are outgoing, fun, and inspire their peers to create connections, friendships, and real talk (over real tea!)

Responsibilities

Over the course of the Spring semester/quarter, you will complete the following tasks:

• Distribute all of the provided JOYBA® product samples. Samples arrive in 2-4 increments throughout the program. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events in populated areas on your campus and sampling within student organizations.
• 5 TikTok posts - we will boost the best content through TikTok spark ads throughout the program
• 1 Instagram Reels - a repost of your best performing TikTok post
• 1 Instagram static in-feed post
• 8 Instagram stories
• Top performing Ambassadors will be invited to participate in 1 Lunch & Learn video group call - this is an exclusive networking opportunity with members of the JOYBA marketing team (optional)

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics:

• Pre-program virtual training & planning
• Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
• Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
• Adhere to task due dates/milestones that will be shared during program training

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote JOYBA® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2025 semester/quarter.
• Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the beverage industry.
• Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love JOYBA®!
• The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
• A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required. For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates. For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
• Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
• This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.

HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS:

EvolveZ works with brands like JOYBA® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the JOYBA® team maintains general oversight.
