Responsibilities * Work with a team of lawyers to help prepare and file court documents * Opportunities to represent the company at administrative hearings * Conduct legal research on a variet oftopics * Vetting and interviewing small business enterprises (including site visits to their establishments) * Perform site visits to various construction sites in NYC * Responsible for keeping company state registrations up to date and filing annual reports * Document management and document review Qualifications Candidates should have these required skills: * Detail oriented, interested in producing work products with minimal supervision and superb accuracy * Client Facing, requiring professional demeanor and approach to all tasks * Quick learner, Demonstrates initiative and ownership of all assigned tasks * Comfortable speaking on the phone OHL USA, Inc. and its subsidiaries (ldquo;OHLrdquo;) shall not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
