How Do You Fit In?nbsp; As the Influencer Relations Associate, you would serve as a liaison between internal teams and external tastemakers including Brand Ambassadors and influencers. This includes maintaining and monitoring certain social platforms, building relationships and programs with our most valued and socially active members, identifying potential influencers to partner with and monitoring those campaigns from inception to execution, and helping the JustFab amp; ShoeDazzle brand teams glean actionable insights from our most engaged members. This role would be collaborating with all areas of the business including our Market Research, Social Media, Public Relations, Customer Service, Marketing, Media, and Design teams. This role is critical in molding and shaping the voice of JustFab amp; ShoeDazzle through the development of the Brand Ambassador program, as well as scaling a new influencer relations program to help drive key business metrics. An ideal candidate would be able to effectively communicate brand enthusiasm, maintain a strong brand presence across various platforms, and help our brand teams leverage critical insights to improve our brand positioning, merchandise, service, amp; experience. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Public Relations. Responsibilities: * Conduct outreach to a high volume of brand-right influencers and see through relationship to execution and beyond. * Communicate consistently with our Brand Ambassadors. Keep Ambassadors in the know on all important brand news and updates including program materials development. * Identify tastemakers (Brand Ambassadors/influencers) based on brand alignment or advocacy, social influence, and purchase engagement. Evaluate engagement data. * Partner with Head of Strategy amp; Operations and Director of Market Research to regularly collect feedback from Brand Ambassadors and communicate learnings to respective departments. * Develop KPIs and goals to share with stakeholders on a regular basis. Test methods to measure the impact of programs, and analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of challenges and activity in an effort to maximize results. Monitor influencer content for tracking and quarterly reporting; analyze and make recommendations based on findings * Ensure adherence to budget and compliance requirements. * Research other brands programs and collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen JustFab amp; ShoeDazzle programs; continually grow and scale existing programs * Continually find ways to increase value to the Ambassador community and to our brands. * Research, plan and execute on customer-facing events in conjunction with the Market Research team. * Maintain several internal influencer platforms, keeping abreast of each partys commitment Required Skills: * Bachelors Degree preferred. * Minimum of 1-2 years experience in social media, copywriting, merchandising, PR and/or customer relations. * Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). * Experience in event planning and coordination. * Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines. * A creative, results-oriented self-starter who possesses excellent prioritization and project management skills, and who is comfortable sharing her/his point of view, organization, meticulous attention to detail, budget management and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a timely manner. * Proven ability to lead and grow a community where members feel safe and inspired to promote the brand * Superior verbal and written communication skills * Solid grasp of word-of-mouth marketing, a strong social media understanding, and acute knowledge of emerging trends and technologies. * Ability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines * Energized by customer service and interaction * Loves fast fashion amp; our brands!
