    At the Retail Growth Machine, interns are treated like full time employees and are expected to go above and beyond to meet the Client’s goals. Top executives and experienced professionals are available to lend you their expertise to ensure that you are prepared for success. Do not be fooled, this program is not for the faint of heart. This three month program takes determination, collaboration, and commitment at all levels. 

     

    The InfuZion experience introduces participants to all facets of the advertising industry; from retail to automotive, from analytics to strategy. On day one interns are split into five teams of five, consisting of one creative copy intern, one creative art intern, and three account services interns. This real world experience allows you to network within the company, develop your skillset and produce content.

     

    Creative/Copy Intern Responsibilities:

    Produce excellent work for clients, both creatively as well as effectively, in multiple media types including, but not limited to, print, digital, outdoor, and collateral.

    Translate concepts to production-ready scripts and/or copy sheets.

    • Maintain best practices for file and server management, including the consistent application of naming conventions, file/folder organization, versioning control, script details, and more.
    • Maintain client brand guidelines and copy standards.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Process information supplied by clients and Account Services and translate into effective copy.
    • Proofread all communications developed by the creative team and ensure information accuracy.
    • Possess a positive attitude when working with colleagues, associates, and clients. Be solutions-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Required Skills:

    Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program in Journalism, English/English Literature, Advertising, Communications or similar

    • Program recommended for upcoming Junior or Seniors

    Able to commit to Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm for the entire 12 weeks of the program (Tuesday, May 19, 2020 – Friday, August 7, 2020)

    Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook with the ability to learn new computer systems

    Exude maturity and professionalism in line with that of a full-time associate and shows dedication and commitment to the program and work performed
