At the Retail Growth Machine, interns are treated like full time employees and are expected to go above and beyond to meet the Client’s goals. Top executives and experienced professionals are available to lend you their expertise to ensure that you are prepared for success. Do not be fooled, this program is not for the faint of heart. This three month program takes determination, collaboration, and commitment at all levels. 

Human Resources Intern Responsibilities:

• Liaison between agency, HR and InfuZion interns
• Meeting logistics coordination and room set-up
• Taking photographs of activities and maintaining a file of all InfuZion pictures taken throughout the summer
• Recording intern timesheets throughout the duration of the program
• Assembly of new hire welcome kits
• Collect intern paperwork and assemble New Hire Packets
• Assist with Business Continuity planning
• Coordinate philanthropic efforts with the intern group
• Intern conflict resolution
• Compile Infuzion final project and weekly survey data
• Rotate through various sectors within Human Resources and shadow and participate in projects including Training/Events, Facilities/Reception/Office Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Human Resource Operations and Payroll and Benefits

Required Skills:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology or similar
• Program recommended for upcoming Junior or Seniors
• Able to commit to Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm for the entire 13 weeks of the program (Monday, May 11, 2020 – Friday, August 7, 2020)
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook with the ability to learn new computer systems
• Exude maturity and professionalism in line with that of a full-time associate and shows dedication and commitment to the program and work performed
