The Grant Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of research administration in the Department of Global Health, including pre/post-award functions for all Department grants and contracts. Global Health has a current portfolio of more than $40 M in awarded grants with approximately 60 active awards. Additionally, the pre-award activities for FY20 involve roughly 58 proposals, a portion of which are related to COVID-19 research. In this role, the incumbent will also oversee the development and submission of grant applications with Department faculty. Many grants in the Global Health department have multiple international subcontracts. The Grant Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of grant awards and monthly financial reporting for all funded projects. Additionally, the Grant Manager will oversee department payroll transactions, advance accounts and discretionary spending.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree required, but can be substituted for Associate's Degree with at least 2-3 years relevant work experience. Master's preferred.
