Position:

The Lead Generation & Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales meetings to support the Client Development team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter that is able to identify and develop new target prospects, maintain current prospect lists, and effectively communicate the Relevate Health Group messaging in order to achieve success. A dynamic personality with a drive to succeed is essential.

The Lead Generation & Sales Specialist is expected to:

• Secure new business meetings via telephone and email communication by introducing Relevate Health Group to target prospects
• Identify new prospects through continued industry research via LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintain and update current list of prospects
• Support sales & marketing team with various tasks as needed (i. e., confirming meetings, assisting with Outlook scheduling, list development/management, etc)

This position has the opportunity be extended beyond the summer based on performance.

• Bachelor’s degree, or currently seeking a bachelor’s degree (marketing degree preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (preferred, but not required)
• 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience (preferred, but not required)
