The primary focus of the Marketing Communications Specialist is strategic content development for brand, website, print, inbound and outbound marketing projects. They will work with dedication to ensure our marketing content is consistently innovative and relevant, serving our target audiences to generate maximum reach and revenue. Our marketing & communications division is one of LRPs most robust teams, comprised of truly best-in-class leadership, that passionately drive the overall brand messaging of our multiple lines of business, while providing expert guidance and growth opportunity to proven talent. Responsibilities Generate and present fresh concepts and copy for collateral and promotional pieces across all media: print, digital, websites, landing pages, email, etc. to support demand generation efforts with an emphasis on lead nurturing stages along the buyers journeyPlan, prioritize, and work with marketing team to develop compelling promotional content and meaningful messaging based on a deep understanding of audience, customer need, message, business objective, market research, and product positioningEnsure content reflects the brand in voice, design, messaging and quality, and maintains consistency of style and tone.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content that is designed to elevate awareness and visibility of events and productsEnsure use of best practices for emails, landing pages, ads, brochures, blogs, webinars etc.; plus, ensure all content is search engine optimized and adheres to consistency in style, quality, and voice.Write, edit and proofread communication pieces, and incorporate meaningful messaging that aligns with marketing goals; amplify and repurpose all approved contentDevelop communication templates that are optimized to convey the value the content offers and inspire interactionTest new and innovative content formats and methods to write and present contentLeverage, refresh and maximize use of existing content, and identify/evaluate new content and industry trends that will meet business goals and user needsMonitor for hot topics, resources and blogs that target audience reads, and incorporate such content that will meet business goals and user needsCollaborate with the SEO specialist for more content opportunitiesDevelop and oversee a functional content calendar across digital and print properties Position Requirements Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field2+ years of experience in B2B marketing contentDemonstrated success in persuasive written communications, including multiple writing samples to back up experienceExcellent proofreading, writing, storytelling, and editing skillsOrganized with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail in your workStrong computer skills and proficiency in Word and ExcelAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects within a deadline driven environmentMust reside within 30 miles of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.Desired Qualifications:You have a positive, confident, and flexible personality, and love to learnYoure intuitive, proactive and possess an agile mindset when approaching projectsA strong desire to learn, ask questions, develop your skills, and are comfortable working independently as well as part of a collective team More About LRP Media Group: LRP Publications, a division of LRP Media Group, is an innovative global media powerhouse serving millions of business and education professionals worldwide.
