While we are wholly owned by McCann Worldgroup, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies. temp to hire YOUR ROLE The Digital Asset Librarian/Cybrarian will be responsible for the entirety of our clients digital assets. This person will be managing client relationships around the globe looking to implement our digital assets into their local market. You will be a critical point of contact for both our external global clients and our internal team here in NYC. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for implementation and workflow of all digital assets alongside technology leads and internal senior stakeholders Partner directly with our global clients to facilitate the distribution of key digital assets to be used in an array of markets Own the full-life cycle process of all digital assets including ingest, tagging, archiving, meta-data fields, performance tracking, etc. Ensure all stakeholders, both externally and internally, are receiving best in class client service while operating in an ever-changing and extremely fast paced environment Pick up approved images from server or client ftp sites Upload/relocate images to the proper folder within the DAM Update images with the usage and format type across platforms (.com, mobile, DOC, OOH, social) Tagging all metadata, including advertising uses, product name, campaign and photographic style, etc. Be on the lookout for new images in Client's Drop Box folder to be tagged and moved to proper location Track down legacy images and restore from the archives Send download links of images as requested Communicate with team if files are corrupt/missing, other issues are presented with the DAM and/or when task is done REQUIRED SKILLS 1+ years of experience working with an enterprise level digital asset management solution Broad knowledge of DAM and Meta-data systems An amazing problem solver with the ability to trouble shoot and deal with conflict resolution on a global scale Impeccable client relationship skills and experience working with high touch clients Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment where client needs and timelines change on a daily basis Bachelors degree in related field required NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
