We are a fast-growing online marketing company looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to help fill the needs of our Marketing Department. You should have a can-do attitude and be able to work well in a team environment. Candidates must have experience in marketing with websites, social media and execution of company marketing plans. High-level writing is required and Graphic design experience a plus. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting all methods to increase sales and visibility for our company and products. This position has the potential for remote work. This is a full time position.

• Assist with the deployment of marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing team calendar
• Support creative website, social media and marketing campaigns
• Assist with company webinars
• Provide written communication for client emails and newsletters
• Assist with lead generation for sales team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
• Experience in Marketing field
• Understanding and knowledge of internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to research and solve problems
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to carry out projects from inception through execution
• Comfortable with Public Speaking is a plus
• Graphic Design Experience a plus
• Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services
