We are looking for a unicorn marketing assistant who can learn as fast as possible to be our future Marketing Strategist or Creative Director.

If your are creative, smart, multi-talented, ridiculously driven, and looking to dive into the creative marketing world, this is the job for you. If you do a great job, we'll hire you immediately. We will expose you to awesome projects, and we're growing fast, so this is an ideal time to get in for an opportunist.
TYPICAL DAY:
On a typical day you might be posting on Twitter for celebrities, designing a logo, building a website, putting together a proposal presentation for a new client, making a social media analytics report, shooting a video, building a marketing strategy for a client, or ordering company gold space suits for Burning Man.
- Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate that we're envisioning is a fast learner, takes initiative without waiting around for assignments, is super creative, can wear multiple hats, can learn different graphic and web software quickly, can write like Hemingway, can party like a rock star at marketing events, can present themselves professionally in front of clients, and most importantly, is a positive, genuine human.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Impeccable writing and editing
- Experience or prior internship in a marketing agency
- Knowledge of Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace or other web platforms.
- An eye for desig. Ideally you can make presentations look nice, man-handle Photoshop, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing on social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,, although we only use Google Drive
ADDITIONAL AWESOME SKILLS:
- Video shooting and editing (HUGE PLUS)
- Graphic Design: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Wordpress and Shopify
- Knowledge of Html
- Social Media Analytics programs
- Email marketing programs
- Photography
- Desired skills

- CompensationThis job will start out as an internship and will turn into a full-time position as quickly as you can take responsibility and prove that you are the unicorn that we've been searching for. If that's one week, awesome. The sooner the better! Two months max internship period. Once we've determined that you are our unicorn, we can offer a full-time starting salary of $40-$50K/year depending on your experience level.
