Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide provides marketing services including behavioral insights, content strategy and management, digital, interactive and new media services, marketing analytics and research, media planning and buying, medical education, payer marketing and market access, professional advertising and promotion, public affairs and relations, relationship marketing, sales training development, scientific communications, social media and social listening, and wellness and consumer advertising and promotion. The organization houses and maintains individual Ogilvy CommonHealth and Ogilvy Healthworld brand identities within the marketplace. HR/Recruiting Coordinator (Temp) Responsibilities: Manage, facilitate and assist in the recruitment and hiring processes for 2 in house recruiters. Draft and review offer letters to ensure accuracy and confirm approval to proceed. Collect all new hire paperwork including completing I-9s. Initiate and monitor background checks to ensure complete and facilitates administrative pre-boarding tasks. Perform reference checks and phone screens for potential new hires when needed. Oversee employee referral program and all communications as well as all tracking all payouts as needed. Cultivate relationships with candidates as they move through the interview process to create a positive experience and track process using ATS (Taleo). Create, track and confirm completion of all purchase orders for the HR Department. Check debarment records for all employees on a semiannual basis and as requested by clients. Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires Qualifications: Proven work experience in an HR role 1 year of HR experience Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel BS degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field We are an equal opportunity employer.
