  • Responsibilities

    **This position is part-time and onsite in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. **

    Schedule; Mon-Fri from 12:30pm-6:30pm, 30 Hours Weekly


    Overall Objective:

    The Part Time Receptionist is responsible for being the face of the Agency, greeting clients and guests and answering phones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times. This role also assists with administrative duties and projects as required and needed throughout the Agency.


    **Responsibilities: **

    • Greet clients, guests and associates and answer telephones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, acting as an ambassador of the Agency.
    • Enforce security protocols for all associates and visitors.
    • Ensure that all associates, guests and clients’ needs are responded to appropriately and in a timely fashion.
    • Provide exceptional client, guest and associate service and seek out ways to improve their experience.
    • Maintain the agency reception area, coffee pantries and conference rooms, ensuring that they are kept neat, clean and presentable to client’s, guests and associates.
    • Provide general administrative support and manage tasks and projects as directed.
    • Responsible for closing the Agency following procedures set by the Chief People Officer and directed by the Office Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Associate Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communication, or high school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience.
    • Previous experience as an Admin./Receptionist.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Proven ability to communicate in a professional and upbeat manner, with clients, guests and associates at all levels of the organization.
    • Professional presentation/attire as you will be the face of the agency.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask while being flexible in a busy environment.
