    Lamar's Corporate office is now hiring a new Sales Analyst position to verify the data accuracy and functionality of all enhancements, data products, and applications created and maintained by our Sales Operations department!

    What you can expect from us:

    • A Monday-Friday , 8:00 am-5:00 pm work schedule
    • First-year earning potential of $47,500 - $56,000 / year, dependent on experience and qualifications

    • Have complete knowledge and understanding of the relationships between a wide variety of Lamar systems/applications in place to reduce friction in the sales process.
    • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current processes & systems.
    • Technical skills - Familiarity with software.
    • Confident in operating independently when necessary.
    • Planning and organization skills.
    • Ability to identify and develop new opportunities

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Experience in Project Management or the Media Industry preferred

    A day in the life:

    • Evaluate system deficiencies and conduct user needs assessments to recommend modifications to increase system automation and efficiencies.
    • Discover and communicate needs analysis for raw materials to spec for developers.
    • Translate specifications into possible technological solutions.
    • Perform technical analysis on in-process materials validating functionality and system logic meets spec.
    • Monitoring compliance with sales specs and system functionality
    • Provide quality control analysis and user functionality of finished goods prior to rollout approval and launch.
    • Prepare reports related to trends, inquiries, service resolution, etc
    • Conduct routine audits of analytics, system integrations, and automation products created by the Sales Operations dept to ensure functionality.
    • Conduct routine audits of data quality within all products and applications created and maintained by Sales Operations.
    • Ensure all updates and designs are user-friendly, functioning, logical, and meet the needs/ask of designated users. Provide last looks, by quality testing reports/updates designed by Sales Operations before being released and/or rolled for training.
    • Support team members on specific projects that match their expertise
    • Conduct training sessions
    • Managing projects as developed by IT
    • Assist in auditing and maintaining training materials created for both internal and external applications.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    • The primary work environment is an office.
    • The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading), sitting more than 50% of the time, talking, and walking.
    • Nights spent traveling, away from home, are less than 10%.
