Specific projects may include: -Contributing content and maintenance to Milo, SGHs recently launched intranet -Writing promotional news pieces for social media and SGH News -Assisting with data collection and compilation for SGH Industry Bulletin -Helping to prepare for and execute SGH-hosted seminars -Tracking industry conferences and abstract deadlines for promoting to technical staff -Updating SGHs email distribution contact lists -Additional tasks as necessary -Job Requirements -Proficiency with Microsoft Office; additional computer skills a plus -Excellent written and verbal communication -Ability to work collaboratively with members of the Marketing Communications and Proposal teams -Strong time management and project management skills -Demonstrated initiative SGH has over 600 employees and offices in Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York City, San Francisco, Southern California, and Washington DC.
