Let's get down to business. Say It With A Condom is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing family in Miami Beach. In this role, you will help us engage with our audiences on social media, identify our online community’s needs, and look for opportunities to grow our social reach and brand awareness.

The Role:

You’re not coming here to just sell condoms. (Though that will happen, trust us). You’re joining Say It With A Condom on its mission to help anyone start a conversation with a condom! You will work directly with our CEO, Project Manager and Creative Director to create and execute strategies to maintain and grow our online and offline relationships. You will work with our South Florida team to help develop and execute content strategies for our social media channels that will lead to heightened engagement and ultimately, sales.

Areas Of Responsibility:

• Develop the strategy and oversee the execution of strategic paid and organic social media initiatives that expand brand awareness, drive customer growth and ultimately increase conversion.
• Set content goals, analyze overall effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
• Manage planning, content, media, partnerships, and analytics across all social platforms
• Spearhead and advance Say It With A Condoms social influencer strategies
• Manage budgets and allocation of funds across social channels while closely monitoring and driving return on investment.
• Act as the advocate of social media within the company, influencing overall site and business strategies
• Meet ongoing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Explore and implement social innovations and native integrations to increase business impact
• Stay abreast of latest industry developments, trends, and shifts in the social landscape.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning within the social and digital space and experience developing and implementing highly successful social media campaigns.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of direct experience in social media with strong brand along with track record of success and career growth
• Strong presentation skills as this role will present to senior leadership
