Park Avenue Center is looking for a Social Worker to work within a supportive and nurturing environment. This position works with clients to obtain appropriate, necessary resources. The Social Worker coordinates and collaborates with clients, clinical staff, community-based resources and others to help obtain stable, supportive housing and additional resources for clients upon transitioning out of treatment.

The salary is $52,000-$60,000 based on license status and experience.
