    Job Brief: 

    We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Sales Department. The BDR will be the first line of direct contact for potential new clients. You will initiate with prospects, evaluate ideal client profile fit, and schedule intro calls for our sales team. You will primarily be hunting for new business and creatively prospecting through prequalified data sets, lists, cold calls, Linkedin, marketing campaigns, and email. You will be expected to cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers to help drive revenue. Each BDR receives extensive training in navigating through a CRM, consultative selling, and talk tracks to provide successful handoffs to our Account Executives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely and collaboratively with our Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies to fill the sales pipeline and secure pre-qualified introductory calls
    • Promptly qualify, route, and assign incoming phone calls, emails, live chats, contact submissions, and other inbound communications
    • Use outbound prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach 
    • Identify prospects' pain points, needs, and current/future fulfillment requirements to determine if there is a potential solution fit
    • Prospect using tools like LinkedIn and additional resources provided 
    • Follow-up and nurture inbound and outbound leads 
    • Engage and connect with a variety of different clients and industries
    • Provide seamless handoff of prequalified leads to our Account Executives to ensure a positive customer experience
    • Provide helpful feedback to Marketing and Sales regarding campaign effectiveness, company and persona targeting, market intelligence and competitive intelligence

    Job Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
    • A commitment to personal development and an attitude of self-motivation
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Driven for results attitude who thrives working with teams
    • Technologically savvy and well versed in using Zoom, G-Suite, Slack, etc
    • Good time management and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM preferred

    • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
    • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
