  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

    • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts

    • Manage and update case files and databases

    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Qualifications

    Pursuing a Degree: Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.

    Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and procedures. Familiarity with foundational areas of law such as contracts, torts, or legal research methods.

    Research and Writing Skills: Ability to conduct basic legal research using online databases and resources. Proficiency in drafting clear and concise written communications, such as emails, memos, and simple legal documents.

    Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, attorneys, and clients. Clear and professional phone etiquette.
