Help with briefs from account leads and distill to creative/production/strategic needs to the wider internal team
Help taking briefs and break it out into tasks with timelines
Help with trafficking and fulfillment of all briefs from the creative/strategic team
Help with trafficking and fulfillment of all assets and produced campaign pieces (from development through to client delivery)
Informs and updates internal and client stakeholders on project status
Daily status calls
Attends all briefings and presentations
Develops and refines internal processes to optimise efficiency, reduce errors
Help with the weekly creative review session and updates the slideshow, level sets presentation of work by recapping feedback from previous session, captures all CD feedback and creates recap document for the team
Help creates process tools i.e. WIP doc, project timelines, a process overview document for current team reference and to onboard new employees
Interface with all team members and participants on a daily and weekly basis.
