    The Channel Sales Specialist role focuses on supporting the sales efforts of channel partners, ensuring smooth operations, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales channels. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to channel partners, managing sales processes, managing channel promotional programs, managing trade show requirements, and identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

    Major Responsibilities

    Sales:

    • Supports and implements effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.

    • Manages promotional calendar to ensure accuracy.

    • Facilitates onboarding and channel partner enablement.

    • Maintains and monitors Dealer portals.

    • Compiles and maintains channel budgeting reporting.

    • Assists with sales strategy development and implementation.

    • Provides sales organization administration, including updating and distributing territories/personnel.

    • Creates and maintains process documents for the team to develop independence throughout the sales team.

    • Maintains all information for current distribution partners or retail customers.

    Marketing:

    • Manage and oversee the marketing, planning and logistics of all trade shows

    • Assist sales and marketing in determining which tradeshows are strategically critical, each trade show’s focus, and who should attend the show. Ensure high quality presence at each show as needed.

    • Ensure consistency and collaboration throughout the trade shows while following established guidelines, processes, and procedures. Educate cross functional teams, provide direction, and establish solutions where appropriate.

    • Create pre-show briefing documents and run pre-show business meetings.

    • Evaluate and manage current and future booth requirements such as booth size, design, and graphics.

    • Manage and coordinate the logistics of the exhibit property including maintenance of the trade show exhibit, demonstration equipment and all accessories.

    • Conduct and communicate post-show analysis, including metrics. Assist in developing tracking and measurement tools and processes.

    • Work with sales to ensure leads are distributed and followed up in a timely manner; monitor leads to close.

    • Identify opportunities to sponsor conference sessions that align with marketing goals.

    • Identify and investigate new trade show marketing opportunities based on company priorities and goals.

    Minimum Job Requirements

    Education

    • Associate degree in business or marketing

    Work Experience

    • Two or more years of relevant sales experience

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

    • Solid experience in Microsoft Products specifically Excel & PowerPoint

    • Strong written and verbal communication

    • Ability to analyze and solve problems

    • Ability to multi-task; detail orientation.

    Preferred Job Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

    Work Experience

    • 3 years of trade show planning experience

    • Ability to travel up to 25%
